1. Uploading your photos:
Upon completing your purchase, please email me your reference photos of your pet, to kendyl@dempseyspalette.com or upload your files above. Please avoid blurry images and make sure the photo captures the desired angle for the painting. The ideal photo should provide a clear view of their eyes, facial features, and be free of any obstructions.
*If you have a limited selection of photos, don't hesitate to reach out! I'm happy to discuss what I can do with the images you have.
2. Adjustments:
Once I receive your photos, I will contact you to confirm any adjustments or additions listed.
3. Timing:
Depending on my current workload, paintings typically take 2–3 weeks to complete.
I’ll usually be able to give you an estimated turnaround time upon purchase. If you need it by a specific date, feel free to reach out and I’ll always do my best to accommodate when I can.
